  Giovanni was the ideal loan officer to help me with my first time home purchase. The process of obtaining my first mortgage couldn't have gone smoother. I hardly had to lift a finger to get it closed. Not only is he super responsive and knowledgeable, but he is patient and understanding and always keeps his clients' best interest in mind. He is as genuine and authentic as people come these days and is exactly the person you want in your corner when making a huge financial decision like buying a home or refinancing your current loan. He is also surrounded by a team of caring and knowledgeable people who will bend over backwards to help you out. Luis was always available to field any questions I had and explain anything I didn't understand and Christi let me know immediately of any documents I may be missing and always kept my file in good order to move it along through the process. I cannot recommend Equity Now enough and say with all sincerity that I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  I have used Equity now at ;east four times over the course of time for for primary and second homes. Giovanni Acosta truly knows this business and Christy DeWalt has the patience of a saint. she actually picks up the phone when you call.
