Some white gentleman in the line today asked me for a quarter, after I refused, he told me to step back. Security guard did not remove him from the bank to my surprise. Security should not only enforce masks but also protect customers from harassment.

Always extremely helpful and do everything they can to help the situation. The only problems I've had came from BOA itself, not from this branch, as they have always helped solve these problems. People must not realize when they walk in that to the right is the teller desks and that's where you can go for immediate help. Here's a story where I had to get money that same day and was late to the bank, showed up 2 minutes after closing. With so much courtesy to my situation (and another lady who was there too in a similar predicament) one of the employees had actually opened back up and served us both one at a time. You don't find that customer service just anywhere.. this branch gets 5 stars from me!
