      Could not have been happier elsewhere! Brach and his team at equity resources were very quick about answering questions, taking our calls when we needed him, getting us a reasonable approval, and just being there for us when we needed him! Can’t thank him and his team enough! Highly recommend!

      I worked with this company two years ago to get pre approved and had a good experience, quick, good rate, felt like things were explained to me. I tried to be approved a few weeks ago for significantly less… and was lied to, not explained anything, and all around just feel like I was treated differently (BY THE SAME LENDER) due to wanting a lower loan amount/having lower income. I work for a bank, I know all about fair lending and this was not it. It felt much more like predatory lending trying to get me to take out a loan that pays this company more overall. I will never recommend this company again. Take the time to speak TO your clients, explain when they ask questions and don’t blatantly lie about things to benefit yourself, that’s disgusting. Also very unprofessional when I voiced all of this to the lender, just showed she knew she was in the wrong for lying to me.

      Jeff Harris was awesome! The process was so easy and simple! I gave Jeff all of the information he requested one time, never had to submit the same information twice. Jeff answered all of my questions, picked up the phone every time I called and was extremely knowledgeable. He is hands down the best to get your loan closed, on time, stress free and quick!
