  I have had experience working with the staff at three of their locations. The ladies at Buckeye Lake are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful.

  I was in the area ( 3 hours drive) buying a boat from a local resident. This couple actually had bank at North Valley Bank but switch to another bank not as local (not sure reason). We were in need of notary for the titles signature so I called this bank. This was the only local facility (within 25 min drive) that would do this given the slow opening of banks during the pandemic. I asked if this couple could get a notary here and was told by manager only members could. Of course I understand this in normal circumstances. I begged a little but to no avail. I write this review just to challenge the 5 star perfect rating. I feel any local bank should be able to change normal policy (deposit or membership needed for service said the manager) for the local people. We ended up in another town about 25 min away at a place that didn’t care if we were members. I was treated respectfully in conversation and I am sure this bank takes your money seriously. Just don’t expect a friendly service if you someday decide to remove it. What’s the current quote “were in it together” . That’s questionable here.
