      Horrible experience! I would not recommend anyone to use them. I had listed my home with another company. ERA, Soraia Bell , was representing the buyers. Soraia was horrible to work with throughout the whole process, lied about multiple things throughout. The day before we were set to close Soraia had taken the buyers over to our home to do their final walk though. That was perfectly fine. However, throughout the whole time of the walk through she was in contact with my realtor she lied about multiple things; she tried to say there were multiple bags of trash in the home which was not true. The worst part came that evening when I arrived at my home. I realized that Soraia had allowed the buyers to go ahead and start moving in. We were never once asked permission for this to happen nor was Soraia given the authorization to do this. When she was confronted about it she continued to lie. I reached about to her manager regarding the issues, after he spoke with her over it he informed me that she again was lying about the situation. Soraia never once took responsibility for her unprofessional actions nor did we ever receive an apologize. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing any business with this company they are completely unethical.
