  Jemila and Patrick Winsey have been my realtors for the past 15 years. I have bought sold several residential properties. They have also assisted me in finding commercial spaces for my businesses. There is absolutely no other team with whom I would work. Not only are they the consummate professionals, they are extremely knowledgeable about both the residential and commercial markets. You also will not meet a friendlier team. The realtors that work for their brokerage have a great leader from which to model themselves; and it is evident in their work ethic and customer service also. If you want to make the house ,buying and/or selling process less stressful and actually enjoyable, the ERA Legacy Living team is the one for you!

  UPDATE AFTER READING OWNERS RESPONSE: Nice try Jemila. I have call records and recorded calls showing that I was the one who reached out to Patrick first asking about your policy on buyer contracts received while I was at your brokerage. If I had never called I could have easily taken all of the commission myself but I chose to do the right thing and discuss it with you first. Patrick informed me that we would use my original split and I gave the builders Realtor your emails and you were sent the contract. I have stated factual information that can back up with call logs, emails, texts, and recorded calls. Your reply is libel and any further attempt to defraud me will be met with legal action. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I am a Realtor that previously worked with Patrick and Jemila Winsey (the brokers). I had a closing with them in March of this year and they have yet to pay me commissions owed. I have a signed CDA from Patrick showing that they would pay me what was owed and several texts from Patrick stating he has mailed me a check. They have not payed me and I am still owed $5,866.98.

  Garret Morris, thank you for the review. We strive to maintain the highest service to our agents which is why we maintain a stellar record. Factually before your departure, you stated that you had never worked with a stand up brokerage like ours before and your departure was only based on your personal reasons. While this review is baseless and vindictive, it's important that the correct context is provided. Your original attempt to defraud this brokerage by attempting to remove the broker from the transaction so you could keep all the commission was eventually thwarted and we chose not to report you to TREC for ethics violations, because we found a way to make it work. After many attempts to contact you about this transaction, we eventually received the check from the title company. Your check was mailed to you and confirmed delivered. You left this review while we were in the process of confirming if indeed the check was cashed. Please allow us to work through the process and ensure that the staff is able to process and cut you another check. Thank You.
