  They sent the wrong quote to me to send to title company. Title company paid the 450 quote received for windstorm insurance. 3 months later I get a letter in the mail saying my policy was never active because the policy wasn't paid in full. I talked to agent and she said 'the quote should have been for 450. It was supposed to be for 900". I had to call my title company and get a copy of the quote sent to them for windstorm and sent it to my insurance agent. She then admitted it was their screw up and they would cover the other half of the quote to make up for time I wasn't covered and because it was their mistake. One year later, it still isn't resolved

  I have been dealing with this company for the last 5 years, they were very good to me all that time, I even sent them a bunch of customers for homeowners policies. Recently I needed to cancel mine because of the prices spikes and found a lower price at State Farm. Well they simply "forgot" to cancel my policy, "my agent" couldn't even talk to me or send me an email to offer an apology, I spoke with another lady today, she sounded more like a manager, but even this lady couldn't even offer a simple apology, totally unacceptable.
