      Only positive things to say about Eric and his team! Buying a home can be so stressful then you add wrapping your head around all the logistics and unfamiliar language. Eric took time to educate us, forecast next steps and was so patient with us along the way. Mortgage lenders can feel very impersonal but not Eric, he genuinely felt like a friend or family member that cared about us and our well-being. Not to mention that he was always reachable and flawlessly navigated working on our behalf in Portland, Oregon from his home in Boise, Idaho. LGBTQ+ friendly!
