      5 star team! 3 words: VETTED VA Recommended! I would definitely work with Eric Tan and William Verallis again! Excellent team, professional and patient. Our first deal fell through but both guys were very patient working with me and we were able to close early on the 2nd property I placed an offer on.       Will was amazing, he communicated very well, and knew how to get his client to closing. Anyone can give you a great rate, what you are really looking for is someone that answers when you call, and knows how to creatively overcome obstacles to get the client what they ultimately want, a new home.
