      The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. The worst customer friendly policies and procedures. My current bank Navy Federal isn't even in the area and have never had one problem whatsoever. I will never do any business with them in the future in any way shape or form.

      Never answer the phone at any location, set up auto payments they never took it out this is month 2 and it's still the same problem and can NEVER get ahold of anyone
