      Stopped in to complete a simple money-related task, trade a ten-dollar bill for a roll of quarters, but it was not possible to do so without a fee. On the flip side of the coin, the woman who greeted me as I walked in was super friendly and helpful to the best of her ability. Enjoyed seeing the money frog in the foyer.

      I've never had an issue with this place until I went to withdrawal my money for a concrete driveway and they wouldn't allow me because "policy" is only $2500.00/day for withdrawals with shared branch customers. They even had the audacity to ask "what is it for?". I literally would have had to drive from meadville 3 more times over three days to get the amount I needed.

      Drive through ATM made me prepare an envelope and then wouldn't return my debit card "for security reasons" because I took too long. Completely unacceptable, especially in 2021.
