I have been a PNC customer for almost 20 years. I started in NJ and been using this branch for 10 years. I am beyond sad about closing this excellent branch. I will not drive downtown or jump on the highway to do banking. Unfortunately I will leave PNC. If you make physical banking inconvenient, PNC corporate has missed the point of customer service.

I love this branch, and the staff here! I am so upset and sadden to hear PNC is closing this branch location which is super close to my home. I know they are relocating to state street but it’s to far for me to do my business, so I will be doing all my business at the branch on legion road. The staff here are phenomenal in every way! Great staff, great branch, and I have been going here for almost a year. This branch will close May 20, 2022. This sucks!

Karalyn is was amazing! I opened up my very first Virtual Wallet Account with PNC Bank, she was super knowledgeable kind, and professional. She answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the terms and agreements, the fees, etc. She had my card printed out within 2 mins, and the opening process was fast and simple! I am super happy! She made sure I left out the door yesterday knowledgeable about the account, and I couldn't of had a better banker do it. She was overall fantastic! She is seriously an amazing employee and I look forward to our next appointment this upcoming week. The entire staff at this branch is amazing as well, I never had any issues here, friendly customer service and they get you in and out in a timely manner and answer any questions and concerns you have.
