      Upon my first visit to this site I was impressed. The employees were friendly and attentive. It was refreshing to be greeted in a welcoming way, but also with genuine smiles. My teenage daughter was opening up an account. The staff person we spoke to explained everything in an easy to understand way. She was encouraged to ask questions. He did not speak to her like she was a child, but like a person who was going to have a part in making some decisions that would benefit and impact her experience. I was also impressed by many of the options Erie Bank has that other banks don't have. For example, access to a coin counter, and the ability to provide a new bank card from the bank directly, versus waiting a standard period for it to come in the mail.

      Some of staff including manager are not very friendly, apparently don't know their own policies either. ErieBank downtown is way friendly to their customers and much more knowledgeable.

      slowest branch... also have messed up my deposits and withdrawals multiple times. unfriendly staff and they dont listen. one guy read my name and called me Brian 10/10 go to 12th street. friendlier prettier and they do things right the first time
