Amy Lind made us go through the whole process, just so at the end to tell us nothing could be done. Something she could have told us if she was knowledgeable enough from the beginning. She kept losing paperwork, and I had to go looking for her more than one time. Unprofessional and definitely do NOT recommend. Erik on the other hand was very helpful and seemed more like he knew what he was doing.
