      The customer service in the branch office is good. The people are polite and efficient. The ATM is ancient and doesn't take deposits. Outside of the branch, customer service is hard to contact if you need a real person. Once upon a time, when it was a Star branch office, it was a small, happy, friendly bank. Now, as part of ESSA, it has all of the disadvantages of a larger bank but none of the conveniences.
