      Been trying to simply open a new account for a week now. It's awfully hard to reach anyone to make an appointment to be allowed to come inside. Edit: 2nd separate incident: 5/29/22 - Went in mid afternoon to open a huge CD. Them: "The lady that does that, will be in tomorrow." Me: "I'd like to get a Cashier's Check" (for the amount of the attempted CD) Me, again: went to competing bank 1/4 Mi. down the road and opened a CD at a real financial institution.

      Just don't bother with this Bank you do have a better chance of qualifying with them but what they don't tell you is that they charge you late fees even when you're not late ask me more I can give you more details with facts to prove it.
