  Pioneer Bank Joe Harvey St Hobbs, New Mexico I usually wouldn’t do this but I had such a wonderful experience of customer service due to TAMARA GRADO I had to share! In short, I was having issues getting money sent from one place to another using APPS and wire transfers. The purpose of this transaction was for my daughter to get a puppy that she’s been wanting. TAMARA GRADO went above and beyond to help me with all the trouble I was having. She made my daughters day! I appreciate that very much! Tamara is very smart, a problem solver and very knowledgeable at what she does. Thanks, Issac Villegas

  Visited the Joe Harvey site. Waited in the lobby for five minutes before leaving. Lady behind counter was busy. Two employees in lobby offices did not look up to acknowledge my presence even though they could plainly see me. Decided to go to Sanger branch thinking it would be quicker and they apparently have done away with their parking?? Have been having online problems with this bank for past few months. If they wonder why I closed my three accounts, they refer back to this post.

However, we are more than able to help in the offices if you prefer to come in. We apologize for the confusion with the parking lot at the Turner location.   Had a few difficult things to take care of while in town from Albuquerque. Pioneer has been my bank since I was 15!! Paola took her time and gave exemplary service, I felt comfortable the whole time her && Stephanie(from the Turner branch) working together to meet all my needs for some business I had to take care of while in town for just a couple of hours! I will continue my accounts with Pioneer as always, even though there is not a branch where I live simply because I know I’m always taken care of! A JILLION thanks to Paola && Stephanie, but especially Paola for taking the time to learn new things to make sure I was taken care of! “If you’re not uncomfortable, you’re not growing! Wish you the best Paola!” You the real MVP && your future is bright!! (I know this as I’ve managed multiple retail stores throughout Albuquerque && Rio Rancho!) She’s a keeper&& future leader! Great job PIONEER 👏 👏 👏
