      I now have used Evan three times for mortgages and he always makes the mortgage process painless. First off, no one beats Evan’s communication skills and responsiveness. He is straight to the point with no nonsense. I admittedly can be very difficult and hard to please. I actually appreciated his honesty as he reeled me on a few occasions in a professional manner. Secondly, he gave me a free, thorough breakdown estimate based on my credit score that I told him. He does not push to run your credit and allows you to think it over because he knows his rates are the best. When I informed Evan it was okay to proceed, he ran my credit and we continued with the process. When it came closing time, each time my closing fees were exactly what he told me (or slightly less). No hidden fees or surprises, only the application fee. Third, I absolutely love the online portal that allows you to upload documents securely while allowing me to review/ view any documents along the process. Evan consistently kept me updated on my situation so I knew what the next step and timeline. Bottom line- He sets expectations and always exceeds them.

      I have had the pleasure of working with Evan since 2013, when I purchased my first home. He was so kind and patient with all of my questions and he was very quick to respond to emails, texts and calls - which made the home buying experience less stressful. In 2017, we worked together again to refinance with buy out - a very sad personal experience ran very smoothly with Evan! In 2020, we refinanced for a lower interest rate and he has helped figure out my escrow account. I highly recommend him for his expertise and focus on client relationships - he is the best!
