  Five starts is not enough! I cannot say enough good things about Cross Country Mortgage. Don and his team went above and beyond by exploring different options with us. We were denied from other lenders for a conventional loan, who did not take the time and effort to request additional paperwork needed to help make this loan happen. The additional time he took to review documents and talk to us made all of the difference. We always felt like we were more than a client or number. His team was always available to answer any questions we had. After our loan was completed, Don contacted us about future options and how he could be of further assistance in the upcoming months. Do not secure a mortgage loan until you have talked to CCM!!

  Don and his team are absolutely the best in the business. During a very stressful purchase, Don was always available to help guide things along and his team was always on top of everything, even with a fairly complex jumbo mortgage with a piggyback loan. I honestly do not think we could have navigated this particular transaction with Don and his team's expertise and professionalism. While I am already referring all of my friends and family to this A-team, I know that I will be reaching out to this team when it comes time to buying additional investment properties or selling my primary residence in the future.   Don's team is awesome! I bought my home last year using Cross Country Mortgage. This was my first time buying a house and Don and his team made the mortgage process seamless for me. The team was always available to take my calls to answer questions and give me guidance. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Don always answered them quickly and offered me as much explanation as I needed. I've recommended Cross Country Mortgage to a friend already and they had the same great experience that I did, and I'll continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a loan!
