      You do not get to just force a customer into changing their account because it suits your needs as a bank. I called my bank manager & she started spouting off about how I need road side assistance, phone protection & I get shopping discounts, all for $6 a month, PLUS additional fees. ALL TO USE MY MONEY, WHICH THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CHARGE BEFORE THIS. I told her I already have these & that I needed my checking account back. She said that is not possible. This is the part where you lose a good & loyal customer. You DO NOT GET TO FORCE A CUSTOMER INTO ANYTHING THAT THEY HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR. EVER. This is not how customer service works. Negative 40 stars
