  I ( and my parents and siblings) all go to Evergreen. I have been with them over 30 years. I would never consider changing. They make everything so easy. They will work with you on anything and everyone. Loans are so fast and simple. I even did one over the phone and and fax from Savannah, Georgia. I was there and my son needed a car loan. He had his car. THAT DAY!!!! Do yourselves a tremendous favor and go to Evergreen Credit Union. My one and only choice. You won’t regret it! I promise!!

  i am not happy ever green credit union cause used my debit card purchased a celphone but canceled the transaction next day bank said they can not help me get my monies back 73.28 company is charging me 35.00 losing monies

  A couple weeks ago I called Evergreen and did not have a very pleasant experience. I recently moved out of state and have no way to go into a branch to make payments, So I normally send checks out, and the closest branch sharing is an hour away. Needless to say with USPS being so slow it caused my loan to become delinquent. In a panic I called Evergreen to get some kind of help, but instead I was met with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady was completely unwilling to help me in anyway as they cannot take payment over the phone or online. She continued to threatened that my credit would be impacted if I did not make a payment that same day. Then continued to say that it was not her fault that I moved out of state. I am never late for my payments and this was completely out of my hand as to why my payments were late. There should be some type of policy or consideration for what’s going on with the mail. Not knowing what else to do and in tears, I called my mom and told her the situation. She made it to Evergreen five minutes before they closed. I am assuming the same lady who I had the encounter with had greeted my mother and father and they also had a very unpleasant experience. She was very snobby and short with them luckily a younger girl stepped in and helped them finish the transaction. I am still in total shock that myself and my parents were treated so nasty. I will be moving my business elsewhere.
