  I started at the Neenah branch in February 2020 I am extremely thankful for the service that has been provided to me in the past coming into this bank I had a credit score just barely hitting 400 currently I have a 678 credit score. I have obtained a vehicle loan through this bank that is currently active along with a secured for the card. I’ve never had anything but positive experiences from the Neenah location. Today I stopped into this location to grab some quarters for laundry. While I was there I decided to talk to Brooke which is the mortgage lender. Just wanted to get some general familiarity of what direction I need to go into obtain a house loan in the future. At the current status I was extremely happy with the service this financial institution has provided me in the past I felt that I wanted to open a house loan in the future. After speaking to Brooke today I have chosen to take my financial business elsewhere. All I wanted was a point in direction what are some things I can do to get myself to a point where I could at least apply for a house loan or even roughly be considered I asked direct questions like what kind of income do you guys look for what kind of credit score you guys look for and all I was told over and over was we have to fill out an application for that. Extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. When someone comes to you and ask for advice that means that they’re looking to do business with you down the road some people aren’t in the perfect spot. They’re looking for suggestions on things they can do or a rough guideline of where they can start. Rather than giving me those suggestions you chose to give me a brick wall with a blunt answer repetitively saying you have to run an application. In my eyes I was extremely disappointed and I did not appreciate the service I was given today at this location. So I have taken my financial business elsewhere today I switched banks I actually got approved for a non-secured credit card and I will be opening a house loan at this bank in the near future. I just want to thank everybody at Evergreen Credit Union for the amazing motivation you all have given me but thanks to Brooke I will no longer be doing business with this financial institution. All you had to do was give me a few points of direction a few suggestions a few things you guys look for when considering an applicant for a mortgage. I didn’t want an answer of approval or denial I just wanted to point a direction so disappointed today with how I was treated. I will Continue paying my car loan at this bank. after that I will never do business with this location or this financial institution again. You lost a very appreciated customer today.
