Do not trust the office in Bend Oregon. They messed up the paper work my Mother and I had on the home we got together, She asked o pu if when she died I was to get the house, We they didn't do it and now that she has passed went o put the house in my name found out that was not how it was worded. So now I am out half of my house, Will they fix it? so far nothing they don't care.
