  My wife and I started the process of looking for our first home just over two years ago before the pandemic. We met Tom in his office to have an initial conversation to learn more about the purchasing process and different avenues available to us. Two hours later we walked out of his office knowing knowing there wasn't anyone else we would trust to guide us through this process. While it took us a little over to two years to pull the trigger on purchasing something, Tom always picked up the phone and answered emails regarding any questions we had along the way. The quote in his email signature, "nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care" couldn't be more true. Tom understands how stressful a process this can be, especially for first-time home buyers like ourselves and does a fantastic job of coaching you through it. As we finally settle into our new home, we have Tom to thank for helping make this all possible. We're happy to report that those we've recommended to Tom have had equally great experiences and will continue to recommend future buyers to him.

  Well, take a seat. This was the first re-fi on the 12yr old home I own with my wife. Needless to say, she was very excited about my desire to get the re-fi done! What I was anguishing over at the time was the hit my credit score took leaving a 32yr run in corporate America and pursuing a couple of degrees in art. The G-EXPERIENCE started with Tom "talking me down" and then explaining to me how we could engage and move forward. I knew then I'd either get what I wanted or at the very least, I'd be on a solid path to my goal. What I believe is at the heart of Tom's competence is his memory of the people he's helped, their situations and most importantly, his Heart. I'm going stop there. Do Not Hesitate to Engage. It's a win-win thing.

  Tom is very professional and has a vast knowledge of his field. He worked tirelessly to design a mortgage loan that fit me and my wife’s situation perfectly. He kept us updated throughout every step of the process and made sure it all went smoothly. Would recommend Tom 10/10!
