      Rick Rozman was an absolute pleasure to work with!! My fiancé and I reached out to him as we were searching for our first home. Going into buying this house, we we’re pretty clueless on the process. He took SO much time explaining everything throughout the house buying process to us. He made me feel comfortable to call him and ask any question (no matter how stupid I thought it was). He spent countless hours on the phone with us when we asked for advice and explanations. I felt as though he truly treated me as a family member with the amount of kindness he showed us. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He responded to our phone calls and e-mails almost immediately and reached out to us along the way always asking what questions we had. I would 100% recommend him and will recommend him to all of my family and friends! 10/10 amazing!

      Rick Rozman is the best LO around, hands down. Not only did closing take 18 calendar days (on a purchase mind you) but throughout the process, Rick made sure to keep me in the loop and deliver quality service the whole way.
