  I absolutely love working for Excel Realty & Mortgage Inc! The broker Shawnacy Nauroth is extremely supportive and encouraging of not only the company's growth but also your personal growth and he is always available to help! The culture at the company is warm, friendly and upbeat. Everyone is always available to lend a helping hand. The operations team works hard, timely and efficiently always with a can-do attitude. I have never worked for a brokerage where everyone truly has one mission in mind and that is to close loans quickly and efficiently and get our clients into their new home with a smile on their face. Excel prioritizes customer service and goes above and beyond! The company you work for matters! I have never seen so many happy clients! Excel offers so many products and programs to fit everyone's financing needs and caters to a wide range of credit scores making homeownership a possibility for everyone, whether that's today or putting a plan together for our clients. With the vast variety of program options, different lenders to choose from to ensure our clients are getting the best rates available has given me the ability to help so many more clients.   I have worked at Excel for over 8 years and love it here! Excel offers many loan product options to fit all of my client's needs. Having various products to tap into allows me to think outside of the box and cater to ALL borrowers...not just the ones with high credit scores and 20% to place down. From processing to management we work as a team to close loans quickly and efficiently. This is a great company to work for.!
