  We reached out to Jared in early October to discuss options for selling our house and buying a new one in a better location for us. He responded right away and set up a meeting to come to our house to get more information from us about what we we’re looking for and explain his process to us. He went over everything we could have possibly needed to know to decide whether or not it was the right decision for us, and we ultimately decided to move forward. We spent the next few weeks getting the house staged and ready to go in the market and Jared was in contact with us everything step of the way! When we finally went up on the market, the listing was absolutely wonderful! 3D tour, plenty of photos, he did a wonderful job making our house a desirable piece of real estate! He helped us sort through the offers we received and negotiate the best deal possible for us, and was in constant communication with the buyer’s agent to ensure that we closed on time. Simultaneously, while all of this is going on, he was also helping us shop for a new home. We gave him a very particular list of what we wanted and didn’t want in the new house, and he showed us a handful of properties before we finally chose our new home! He advised us in detail about how our offer should be phrased and constructed to ensure that it was competitive, and that attention to detail is what got our offer accepted! Working with Jared over the past 6 months has been nothing short of incredible, and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that is in the market to either buy or sell their home.   We were really nervous to start looking into buying a house but with Jared as our realtor it was a breeze.   Thank you Jared for your patience with me being a first time home buyer. You were very informative & on top of keeping me in the loop. I have a busy schedule so getting a phone call/text to let me know about emails coming through was so helpful because I often can overlook them! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for the home buying process as it is stressful & intimidating at times especially for a first timer. Can’t wait to work with you again in the future for our forever home.
