      Customer service is always great here. The tellers are so patient and willing to help. Even though their lobby is closed because of Covid, they were able to open an account and take care of other logistics in the drive through.

      Edited review is still one star. Banking app is STILL down. Nobody answers the phones. Cannot access my account, and cannot get anyone on the phone for assistance. Both website and app place you on hold for hours for customer service before finally telling you that nobody is available. Will be closing my accounts as soon as I can access them.
