I visited this branch after being displeased with the answers I was receiving from the phone bank in regards to paying a loan off. My issue needed to be handled by the branch supervisor. Jessica not only was extremely pleasant to deal with, she went over and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that everything was handled properly. I have been with this bank for over 28 years now, and this experience reminded me why I stick with them.
