  Well if you call to ask information about something you might have coming due its a hazzle to ever get a straight answer. Take for instance this Christian guy that said he shut of the computer so he couldn't give me information on my loan which idk if it's due. Exactly at 7pm he said the computers shut off, yet it was 6:59 when I called, coincidence that you can't give any info? Maybe he was just lazy to check because who is going to believe that computers shut themselves off at certain times. Go figure, that's Customer service at this place. Thanks alot Christian. Was it really that difficult to just thoroughly check? Would it have killed you? Or did you shut off these computers before 7pm? Why even bother to answer the phone. Other times there computers dont work. Etc, etc.

  Good morning Angelina I apologize for the inconvenience. Our business hours for this location are 9:00am to 7:00pm, we are more than happy to serve you within business hours either in person or over the phone. For security purpose our employees are required to shut down all the computers at closing time. I hope you can understand that our employee was just following our company policies.

  Bad service, the manager was on the phone talking with a friend and no one else could show things only her and they did not attend us, we were waiting and she never hung up and she ignored everyone because she was talking.
