      Ive been banking with them for over 20 years, and rarely have I had any issues. I can count on one hand how many times. The people are great, and helpful, and would recommend this bank. But today I needed to get some statements printed off, and low and behold only drive thru hours on Saturdays. Personally, i think it is poor customer service. What about the people that work during the week, during banking hours, what if they need help with something that requires inside help, a statement, papers, access to a deposit box, or a loan. Guess you have to take off from work.
