      I have had my bank loan through here for the past 2 year, and one more year to go. I have always paid the same amount, with no trouble plus the late charge. The past 3 month they have no been applying my late charge but could not answer the last 2 months question of why the amount has changed when it has always been the same. The lady I spoke to today was rude, she would not let me explain, every time I would try she would interrupt me and when I asked to speak to somebody that could answer my questions she walked away from me as I was still talking to her! I have never been so mad or disappointed in customer service!!!!
