  This bank has the best customer service in town. I have to admit that I've been a F&M bank customer for several years already. This is absolutely the best bank I've had so far. Great Customer service. Since you walk in the facility you're are greeted by friendly clerks . I can honestly say that I've dealt with each and every single person in this bank and everyone is so friendly, but Stephanie is amazing! Not only she greets me by my name but she assures I am always taken care of. She is amazing at what she does. In the business industry it is super hard to find employees that are dedicated, ambitious, but mainly excel in providing great customer services to clients. I think Stephanie should be nominated to employee of the month. She contributes A lot to this bank. I’ve always said and go by this quote “employees do not quit the company, they quit the people.” This goes to show that upper management has a strong protocol and accurate procedures. All employees are happy and they show it in their faces. I can go on and on but instead you should pay them a visit and see it for yourself. Best Regards, Omar M. Happy customer (:
