      Chastity was so helpful in helping us get our parents' account in order after my father suddenly passed away. She was kind, helpful and understanding and we really appreciate that during this sad and stressful time.       This is my favorite bank of all time!!!! I feel their customer service is above and beyond..as much as I LOVE AND ADORE my branch ..every branch I've been to has been just as amazing!!!

      Good bank friendly staff .. the only thing is that when you deposit into the ATM it takes up to four or five days to process .. so if you got bills to pay you’ll be late because the atm takes too long to process . Others banks have your money available the same day or the next
