  Yeah, it says on Google that the Grant street location in Waynesboro is still open on Saturday. I went on Saturday to find a note on the door saying that location is now closed on Saturdays. I did not have enough time to drive all the way to the one in Chambersburg out by Walmart. That one is also open until 1pm I loved that grant street location because it's close to my house and always open until 1pm on Saturday unlike the others that close at 12pm on Saturday. I was furious to find that I could not make a withdrawal until Monday. Please change the hours on Google so this does not happen to anyone else... I'm appalled that I even have to tell you this, considering your reputation as a decent credit union...

  (I have a motorcycle auto loan with pfcu)Never had an issues with them. until the year of coronavirus 2020. (I was out with a shoulder injury and was not even able to ride my motorcycle). And with covid-19 happening & just alot going on i accidentally let my insurance lapse for a month i tried to fix the lapse, but could not so i purchased my insurance for 1 year for $315 (for the YEAR). So patriot charged me over $350 for 1 MONTH of insurance adding additional $33 to my loan for 12 months or more. After speaking with them explaining what happened hoping they could lowed that fee or waive it seeing these unprecedented circumstances. They was not very pleasant & would not help me at all. So thanks alot ,but will not recommend business with them. I do understand this is common practice for financial institutions ,but seeing with covid-19 and my good standing loan with no late or missed payments.They would had worked with a good customer. To think over $300 they will lose my business forever. I am refinancing my loan. Asap
