      I love this bank. I live close to Mont Alto, but would come the distance to this branch, any day!! The clerks are really amazing & sweet. They are bright & cheery, polite, & just overall, make my day, anytime i have gone there. My “home” bank, calls us to come up to sign papers & then locks the doors & makes us sit in the drive thru for half an hour. Shipp branch deposits our checks, into our accounts, on the same day that they are deposited, without request or fail, even at the very end of the day!! Thank you ladies (& gents) for making my days;), hope yours are wonderful, as well!!

      My account was hacked in February 2021 from Sao Paulo, Brazil. Contacted F&M Trust right away (on a weekend). My money (>$3600) was back in my account within three days! Customer service at its finest! I'm never switching banks!

      The people who work here are so rude. I approached the door at exactly 9am. The lady let a staff person in and then closed the door and locked it even though I was standing right there. No advantages to banking here. Customer service is weak!!! Will be switching banks.
