      I cant get over the hell I've been through with this bank. Had unapproved charges on my account. Both the local office, and the call center gave me completely different information on how to solve the issue. After going through the hell of changing my cards, and updating all my bills with the new info, Woodforrest decided to let the unapproved charges stay. Needless to say, I am going in Monday to close my account.
