  Had a great experience with getting a loan on a new home purchase. The negative comes with communication with refinancing our home. I started inquiring last December which home values in our neighborhood skyrocketed. I was sending emails quite often trying to get some idea of what can be done for me. I was getting the run around as if refinancing wasn’t a priority for them. I did the leg work of providing recent home sales on my street and my credit score was good enough for the refinance. The homes on my block were reassessment and payment has gone up by $150 a month. They said they would look into it and then also pulled my credit and never heard back. I emailed asking for an update, and no response what so ever. With the home values through the roof and good credit scores, there should be no problem they could not do a refinance. If you would choose not to work with me, they could at least send a response saying to look elsewhere instead of leaving me in limbo. Also, with the interest rates gone up by dragging their feet has left me with no options at this time.
