  My brother in law and I did our home loan with Ashley and she was phenomenal! She made sure to make contact with the listing agent right away and boy did that make our offer strong!!! We are now 1st time homeowners and we couldn't be happier. We never thought we would own a home but here we are! Thanks to our Realtor and Ashley at Fairway!!!

  This is the most unprofessional and disorganized people I have ever met. First conversation she stated we could do the first time home buyers program and the home for heros program. A week before closing tells us we have to take a first time home buyers class. A week before closing tells us we don't get the home for heros program. (Fyi I still get that thanks for lying though). Also they decided to give our file to the wrong underwriter so the closing date had to get pushed back a week! And not even 24 hour before we are actually supposed to close do they tell us we need to bring $5,000 despite Connie sending an email stating we do not have to bring any funds to closing. Been arguing and fighting with her and her team the last 2 weeks before closing. Ashley tried to lay the blame on our realtor agent, who did her job by finding us a house. Ashley's job was to get the loan all set up and ready to go by closing and she couldn't even get that right. Not only that, but we felt discriminated against because Connie had dated my moms first ex husband. We felt that the entire buying and closing home experience could have gone a lot better, but instead we were constantly lied to. We were even lied to regarding when our first mortgage payment would be due. Ashley said it would be February but its actually January. Not only that but Ashley gave the sellers agent a $5 gift card to star bucks... we recieved nothing for dealing wither her screw ups time and time again. At closing they asked about the $5,000 needed if we are getting it back. Ashley stated we could remove it after asking, but then again lied and said we still needed to wire $5,000 to title company. And the closing documents that were given to the title company were different then the closing documents we recieved from Connie. Our closing documents we recieved did not show the $5,000 needed, but the title company's closing documents did. Save your money, save your sanity, do not use this company.

  Find another mortgage company. My first mortgage two days before closing, they weren’t able to put me on loan. They should have done their research and mentioned this way before after I have been fully approved. Then in June 2020, looking for a refi, they wanted to lock me in a rate of 3.25% when two weeks later, rates dropped. Was able to lock in at 2.87%. They only care about making money, STAY AWAY!
