  Seth Taylor is great! As first time home buyers we had little knowledge of securing a mortgage. Seth at Stone Creek not only made the process easy and understandable but found us a great rate with favorable closing terms. We shopped around, but Stone Creek proved best. In addition Seth was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the closing process, even as we had some hiccups with our appraisal. You can't go wrong with Seth Taylor at Stone Creek!

  My wife and I recently closed on a house in Parker with a mortgage from Stone Creek, and overall had a great experience. Seth was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating all aspects of the process to us. He was straightforward and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied (quick to return calls on nights and weekends). The rate and fees were better than what we were quoted from a "Big Bank". Seth even showed up to the close just to be sure any questions we had would be answered. He was low pressure throughout the process and very open and honest about all aspects of the mortgage application and finalization. We were able to close on time with no delay (less than a month from our contract being accepted). Overall, I highly recommend going with Seth from Stone Creek Mortgages!
