  I'm not one to give high praises normally or even spend time to fill out reviews, but I believe this special occassion is more-than-warranted. I have nothing but great things to say about Fairway Home Loan, especially Mr. Shane Lee. This was my first time purchasing a home and have no experience or knowledge with the entire process. Knowing that, Shane helped me every single step along the way from comparing & securing the best rates, finding the best options for home insurance rates, contract questions, etc. He made this almost impossible-to-climb mountain of a task almost seem too easy like skating downhill (but not too steep of a hill where we were going too fast). It didn't help that our family is on the otherside of the country, but Shane accomodated for my timezone/schedule to get things done! Not once did Shane make me feel insecure, anxious, or overwhelmed because I had no experience or knowledge of what to do. He took the time to explain everything and "held my hand" along the way that I felt extremely confident in this purchase and I knew that I was in the right hands. Shane went the extra mile to provide me what I believe to be outside of his normal duties. He helped me with answering questions and knocking out tasked that probably should have been done by my real estate agent (I hope this review doesn't cause a ripple effect and causes additional duty or work for Shane as "standard"...). Google needs to make an exception to add additional stars for the service they provided! Jokes aside...I was very please and am EXTREMELY THANKFUL to Shane and his amazing team at Fairway Home Loan. I don't know if Shane will read this, but I really want to share my family's gratitude and thanks for your help, dedication, and willing heart to ensure our family was able to purchase our "dream home"! - The Bishop famiily

  Thank you Shane Lee for all of your services. I appreciated your quick cost analysis and preapproval letters for offers. Also, your 20 day close and lock and shop options were really convenient. I was able to find the perfect home for a great rate in Maryland.

  Shane was our Loan Originator and was so great to work with! I wasn't sure what the whole refi process was going to be like (and had some apprehensions and concerns going in), but he made our refi process smooth and easy. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had along the way. Shane really seemed to have our best interest at heart. We can't recommend him enough!
