  Product: VA loan/ 22 day closing. Bottom line: So happy I went with peace and if your looking for a local team to beat large lending corporations with their rates, customer service, and capability THIS IS THE COMPANY TOU WANT. Peace Home Lending was absolutely amazing to work with. The whole team constantly went out of their way to ensure the process was smooth and i remained informed during the entire underwriting process. Every time I had a question, multiple members of the team were readily available to assist me and ensure I felt comfortable at every step. They fought to get me the best deal possible and take care of me as a customer and first time home buyer. Shanika was my initial contact through the company, recommended to me by my realtor. She discussed financial decisions and how to ensure I shop around to get the best deal. She was intelligent, humble, and caring. She was able to communicate options and first time home buying advice to me that made me feel valued and informed unlike several other companies that made me feel unsure/stupid as I navigated this process for the first time. She Contacted sellers with every offer I put in to ensure they knew I was a qualified buyer. When I finally went under contract, Shanika was able to beat every other offer I presented her from outside and truly worked to ensure I had the best deal. When other companies tried to beat her deal they just couldn’t. Shanika was just amazing there are no other words for it. We were going for a 3 week closing with a VA loan and multiple other loan companies advised me that it wouldn’t be able to be done that quickly but peace HL team said they could absolutely make it happen. During the underwriting process I had the privilege to work with several other members of the peace home lending team, David and Amy- who were responsive, professional, and aggressive as they pushed through a 3 week closing on a VA loan flawlessly. Meticulous and organized, They kept me constantly updated on the status of my loan and what tasks were still outstanding with phone calls and follow up emails. I never felt like I had to pull information from them to stay informed. I truly appreciated the weekend close out emails that let me know were we stood, even if nothing changed. It really made me feel like they cared about what they do. We went to the table exactly 22 days later for closing with great loan terms and zero issues.
