  She was very unprofessional. We were given pre approval letters after we had completed the online application. We were then urged to connect with an agent and put our house on the market. We submitted all paperwork in a timely manner and were very careful to check back with her to make sure everything was fine. Well our house sold in six days and when we finally made contact with her because she left town for a week to go on vacation we found out through someone else in the office that there was no loan! The other person in the office was very friendly and did all she could to help but the person that was in charge never made contact with us again even though she knew we could potentially be homeless. We ended up going to another mortgage provider after all this, went through the process and in two weeks they had us approved and we closed on 2/11/2020 by Gods Blessing!

  Ms. Becky went out of her way to help us get the best financing for our home purchase and also went above and beyond in recommending reputable vendors for needed repairs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring broker.
