  From Day 1 to close everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully by Julie and her team. All my concerns was answered immediately anything that could become an issue was handled right away and before it actually became an issue. Julie was forward to everything that was happening and worked with me on the entire process. I am happy to have selected FIMC as my lender for my new home.

  I had the upmost pleasure of working with Josh and his team from Fairway Independent Mortgage. Josh went way out of his way to ensure everything with my home purchase went as smoothly as possible, and I can't thank him enough for that. While other lenders made offers, Josh worked his tail off to ensure I was squared away, comfortable, and happy with my Mortgage. I cannot recommend working with him enough, it was extremely clear to me how much work he was doing on my behalf, and for the first time in my life, I can happily say that I am a home owner now. Being a veteran too, I even chose to work with him over veteran specific mortgage company's and I could not be happier that I did. Massive thank you to Josh and team for everything you guys did, again, I could not be happier.
