I was given a fantastic rate, and Hayden ensured I understood every step of the process. He was incredibly easy to get in touch with. We went over the closing disclosures the day before meeting with the attorney so I would feel comfortable with the numbers and understand everything ahead of time. When I found a small issue with the document Hayden had it fixed and resent to both me and the attorney within an hour to ensure we could close as scheduled. Fantastic rates and wonderful service!

Fairway in general ... Karen and Rachel specifically ... were absolutely amazing to work with ! We were coordinating 2 closings ...an interstate move ... and it seemed like there were many balls in the air ... but Karen and Rachel made the whole process go smooth and timely and explained everything really well !
