      Getting our home loan through Scott Hastings was one in a lifetime most satisfactory experience we had. Throughout the entire process, Scott was genuine and honest, and off-the-chart prompt to respond. For instance, anytime we needed another pre-approval letter for a different amount or had a question, and didn’t matter whether it was after hour or the weekend, he always replied promptly and gracefully, and provided the document in record time; A service that we couldn’t get from our bank – the delays were days, and contacting them was only possible within the business hours. In this housing market getting lethargic reply brings anxiety and the buyer could miss the chance to make an offer for the home they like. And we got a good interest rate, and the closing cost was reasonable. Our sincere thanks go to Scott and his proficient team.
