My husband and I reached out to Fairway Loans after trying several other companies that said they could help and after wasting so much of our time to be told they do not deal with rental properties or our AGI had to be the same as our income … ridiculous! From the moment we started talking to Jarrod everything was forthright, laid out, organized & professional yet with such a nice personal touch. Next we met Mark and the meet was again so relaxed, informative, and he treated us with respect and appreciation something you did not often get from lenders. I went to Fairway a few years ago because I needed some money because I was between jobs. Even though they wouldn't give me a loan they explained why and told me what I needed to do to qualify. Needless to say I was disappointed at first but they gave me some good advise and when I needed money again I got it.
