Exceptional Customer Service! I've been with Fairwinds Credit Union for over 12 years now and they always take care of my needs. Recently had deposited something possibly fraudulent without my knowing... They contacted me immediately to make sure I was aware and to inform me of possible fraud. Had it not been for the Manager Elaine and the other associates, I could have been in a really sticky situation. I did my own investigation and turns out they were right! I can not thank them enough for all that they do! I encourage anyone to bank with Fairwinds you will not be disappointed.
