  11 am on a Saturday morning , there are only 2 employees working the whole bank. Just went in to add husband to account. How does a business not have the proper forms they need ready and available? Needless to say no one could help me. Very inconvenient and a waste of time.

  I was really excited about this bank and signing up. But after today I am already considering a change :(. Walked in and there was one teller and one person in front of me. I had 20 minutes so no big deal. 20 minutes later I have not been seen and there is a line of 8 people. The manager keeps coming out to fix the tellers mistakes but then doesn’t help with the line? Then when I get to the front and say I needed a direct deposit slip the teller seems exasperated and I’m told “you should have seen him (the banker)” How am I suppose to just know that? now I’m running late, I have to wait for the banker, I’m not happy with this first experience at all. I put three stars because the first banker I dealt with was very nice. But if I were going after this experience alone it would be a star and a half star.
