      Such a relief going here after going next door to Truist. Truist had terrible customer service and no one could confidently answer anything. I'm closing my account with Truist and starting one here for sure. Big thanks to the lady at the front and Jeffrey E for being so polite and professional!

      Five months ago I left the Clermont branch to come to the winter garden branch that was one of the biggest mistake of my life i’ve been a member over 25 years and this is the worst service I have witness taking money out of my account without authorization having me to wait 16 to 19 minutes for a response on the phone they never call you back if you have a concern or problem With your account’s … Anna and Michelle I never seen durable customer service I must apologize to the Clermont branch for leaving when I get back in town pizza is definitely on me I definitely will not leave again ….. two thumbs down from me for this branch….. sincerely yours Ranarde Richardson

      The Assistant Manager (AM), Michelle is extremely helpful. She used to be my local branch AM (Vista Lakes). Because I established such a great rapport and because she goes out of her way to get things done, I've stuck with her after her moving to Winter Garden.
